My name is Maria, I am a fresh PhD focused on Food Technology. I like doing research because it is a very creative process. There is a problem - and we must look for methods to solve it ourselves: you can try different ways, communicate with other scientists who can also offer new ideas. This is not a routine work, but the creative process of creating something of your own. It’s possible to choose a research direction that you like and study it the way you want.
Participation in this project will allow me to take part in scientific conferences, seminars, thereby presenting the results of my research activities. Indeed, in science, communication and exchange of ideas are truly important.
I like participating in this project because while doing research, I gradually get involved in this process more and more. I am happy for this opportunity to be involved in the Post-doctoral research aid program with the research on fish salting technological process managed by the State Education Development Agency of the Republic of Latvia (https://viaa.gov.lv/eng/post_doc_research_aid/about_post_doc/)
